When specified at commissioning, InsulMax® keeps transformers moisture-managed from day one. This effectively lowers the lifecycle risk and reduces future remediation needs with a moisture and oxidation management plan built into your most critical assets.

Continuous moisture control with patented green technology
InsulMax continuously conditions transformer oil using recyclable filtering media — our patented green technology — to help maintain stable moisture levels over time. A built-in monitor tracks moisture in percent saturation and ppm, giving you clear visibility into the transformer's moisture status while the system runs.

Built-in hydrogen sensor warning layer
InsulMax includes an integrated hydrogen sensor that provides early warning of developing transformer issues. Hydrogen levels are monitored as part of the system’s condition data and can trigger alarms and notifications, helping your team spot changes sooner and respond with confidence.

Remote monitoring and alerts
InsulMax provides key operating and condition data — bottom oil temperature, moisture, pump pressure, hydrogen level, run status, and alarms — with notification options by email or phone. Remote monitoring and control are supported through a wireless cellular connection.
